Sarah Granier
Manager and wellness practitioner
Sarah has been passionate about massage since her early childhood, she then became interested in the body in general , in the links that can be made between psychological and physical ailments, in Chinese medicine, so-called gentle and alternative medicines which can complement conventional medicine , etc.
After her studies, she was first a management assistant in a large company but after some reflection, she finally decided to embark on a professional reconversion that was close to her heart.
In 2014 , she obtained a state- recognized diploma as “ Practitioner and Spa Manager ” with a “ Hydrotherapist ” section.
She was therefore able to deepen her knowledge and techniques .
Her massages can be adapted to many pathologies (as long as they do not represent a contraindication) and to the expectations of the people she receives. (pressure level, duration of the massage, areas to work on or avoid, etc.)
Having long been aware that she has "special" abilities, to accompany Humans, listen to them, relieve their pain, she also lets her intuition guide her during her sessions. Today, she has decided to open up even more , by offering her clients sessions that use "energy" .
From there, the HARMONIA treatment was created, which combines massage and energies , the mixture is just fabulous , and what she experiences from her inspiring sessions , pushed her to create the "Reliance" treatment which is an energetic treatment session in its own right.
